In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with residents, provide assistance with daily activities, and contribute to enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans
- Ensure resident safety and well-being throughout the shift
- Promote community safety and adherence to regulations
- Provide high-quality dining experiences
- Encourage residents to participate in enriching activities
- Demonstrate commitment to serving residents through our Principles of Services
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors
- Excellent customer service skills
- High School diploma/GED (may be required)
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions in residents' best interest
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
