Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and assistance to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Assist with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Develop Individualized Service Plans and participate in monthly updates.
- Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the community team to maintain compliance and safety standards.
- Engage residents in enriching activities and dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
