Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will build meaningful relationships with seniors, attend to their individual care needs, and create enriching experiences for them.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Develop individualized service plans and participate in monthly updates.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being by responding to their needs promptly.
• Collaborate with the community team to maintain compliance with safety regulations.
• Encourage and assist residents in life skills and enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work well in a team.
• High School diploma/GED required; certifications may be necessary per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Available Shifts

Part-Time: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am

Full-Time: 2pm-10pm, with alternating weekends.
