HOSPICE CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Job Description

Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Hospice Clinical Director, where you will oversee and enhance the quality of hospice care services provided to patients facing terminal illness. In this leadership role, you will ensure compliance with regulations, develop improvement strategies, and mentor staff for continuous advancement in care provision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge and adherence to Hospice and Palliative Care regulations.
• Evaluate and enhance the operational performance of Liberty Hospice and Palliative Care offices.
• Develop training and mentoring programs for Hospice Care Managers.
• Collaborate with other Clinical Directors and the Vice President of Home Care.
• Support the planning, development, and monitoring of new and existing services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active RN licensure and nursing education from an accredited school; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience and 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with expertise in hospice services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, laws, and financial management in hospice care.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and willingness to travel as needed.
• CPR certification required.
