Job Description

Humble Fashion LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage people operations for their Headquarters and retail store locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, employee training, and overall employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze staffing needs and oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees for HQ and retail store locations in Twin Cities, Las Vegas, and Miami.
  • Develop and deliver training curriculum, update employee handbook and retail training manual, and address employee concerns and questions.
  • Maintain employee records, manage HRIS system, and review payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage benefits, performance review compensation analysis, and ensure compliance with human resource federal and state requirements.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and the ability to maintain employee records and files.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field, with 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, and organization development preferred.

Work Environment

This job operates in an office environment and may occasionally require travel to local store locations in MN.

Physical Demands

The employee is frequently required to work on a computer and occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Compensation

$65,000 - $75,000 yearly salary.
