Identity Governance Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Identity Governance Analyst to join The University of Vermont Medical Center's team. As the Identity Governance Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing digital identity processes, procedures, and workflows. This includes managing user on-boarding, off-boarding, access requests, approvals, attestations, and role mining.

Responsibilities

• Establish and document digital identity processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Collaborate with business and clinical staff to identify and maintain entitlements and user roles.
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting for identity governance related issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of identity governance best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 3 years of general information security and IT operations work experience.
• Experience with Epic Security certifications and/or Electronic Health Record software preferred.
