Job Description

As a Lead Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to our residents. You will lead a team of Care Managers, ensuring that individualized service plans are followed and documented accurately. This position requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support by managing team attendance, responding to shift requests, and overseeing ADL care services.
• Assist with meal service and coach team members on hospitality standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation of care provided and compliance with policies.
• Participate in crossover meetings, onboarding activities, and resident care updates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; certifications as required by state regulations.
• Experience working with seniors and a desire to serve and care for them.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions, handle multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
