Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Lead Caregiver to join our team. As a Lead Care Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a group of Care Managers in delivering personalized care and services to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervisory support to Care Managers.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
- Document care provided and ensure compliance with policies.
- Support team members during meal service and in life enrichment programs.
Qualifications
- Medication Management Certificate required.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience working with seniors.
- Demonstrated leadership competencies.
