Job Description
Join Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time evening shifts (3pm - 11pm). As an LPN, you will play a vital role in assisting with the direction of nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include observing patients for symptoms, notifying physicians of emergencies, and implementing changes in orders as instructed. Additionally, you will provide quality nursing care, follow doctors' orders, and demonstrate a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
Job Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Licensed Practical Nurse, graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing with proof of license renewal biennially.
- Willingness to work as charge nurses and cover emergencies as needed.
- CPR certification required annually.
- Attend in-service training and staff meetings as necessary.
