Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care to residents, ensure their needs are met, and contribute to the daily operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in daily unit operations and take on leadership roles as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Licensed as a Practical Nurse with AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical equipment operation.
Unit Summary
Our facility's Hall 1 is a sub-acute rehabilitation unit with high complexity needs, offering residents daily activities and comprehensive support. It requires motivated and compassionate staff dedicated to improving patient outcomes.
