Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care to residents, assisting in nursing personnel supervision, and contributing to the overall operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit on a per-shift, household level.
- Assume responsibilities of a leadership role within the unit.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience as an LPN.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and valid LPN license.
