Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital within the LifeBridge Health network. As an LPN in our facility, you will work closely with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care to residents, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Responsibilities
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Less than one year of experience in a similar role.
- Valid Practical Nursing license and CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in essential nursing tools and technologies.
