Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in the Skilled Long Term Care unit, you will provide individualized nursing care to residents, assist in nursing personnel supervision, and ensure the daily operations of the unit run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Supervise nursing personnel and assist in their orientation.
- Manage daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- License Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
