Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated LPN to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Hall 1 unit, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the night shift from 7:00pm-7:30am.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation, catering to residents with high complexity needs. We seek compassionate and motivated individuals dedicated to providing exceptional care.
Job Summary
As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, utilizing nursing principles to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met. You will also take on leadership responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment
