Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment on a day shift schedule. As an LPN in our skilled long-term care facility, you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care plans to meet our residents' needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume a leadership role.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' well-being.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Active License Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
