Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital's Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care to our residents. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the needs of the residents are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
