Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, utilizing nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop and execute individualized nursing care plans for residents. The LPN also oversees unit operations on a per shift basis and assumes leadership responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in specialized medical equipment
