Job Description
We are looking for a talented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, ensuring the residents' needs are met. Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and assessment skills to provide high-quality care.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and provide leadership when needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- BLS CPR Certification and less than one year of nursing experience.
