Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans, ensure residents' needs are met, and assist with the daily operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement individual nursing care plans.
- Assume responsibilities of a leadership role as required.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver the highest quality of care to residents.
- Participate in activities and services to support residents' well-being.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma).
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
