Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care/ Rehab Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, collaborating with the nursing team, and ensuring that individualized care plans are implemented effectively.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and take on leadership responsibilities as required.
- Work collaboratively with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to meet the residents' needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid license for Practical Nursing.
- AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
