Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Skilled Long Term Care/ Rehab Unit
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care, ensure residents' needs are met, and oversee unit operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and take on leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
Unit Summary
The Halls unit at Levindale offers long-term care and rehabilitation services. Staff members in this unit must be compassionate and dedicated to helping residents with diverse needs.
