Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, you will work in a household unit setting, providing individualized nursing care and assisting in the daily operations of the unit. This full-time position in Baltimore, MD, requires a Day shift commitment with weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
