Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and daily operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Maintain a general understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Compassion, motivation, and dedication to helping residents in need.
