Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Health. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans, ensuring the needs of our residents are met. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
Unit Summary:
Hall 1 is a sub-acute rehabilitation unit with high complexity of needs, offering residents a variety of services and support. Staff members must be compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to helping others.
