Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join LifeBridge Health's team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in the Brain Health Unit, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the night shift (7:00 pm - 7:30 am). This position involves providing compassionate and personalized care to patients, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the well-being of residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
- Provide leadership and support as required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Active LPN license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Compassionate and dedicated approach to patient care.
