Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated LPN-ACUTE to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional medical and emotional care to our residents and patients. You will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Provide basic physical assessments and ensure residents' needs are met.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as necessary and contribute to the daily operations of the unit.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nursing certification and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
