Job Summary
The LPN works under the supervision of the RN/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans and ensure residents' needs are met. They also take on leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Licensed Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification
