Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated LPN-ACUTE to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse at Levindale Hospital's Brain Health Unit in Baltimore, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch medical and emotional care to our residents and patients. Levindale offers a full range of post-acute services to support patients in their recovery and rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
