Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN-ACUTE to join our team at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. As an LPN-ACUTE, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans and ensure the well-being of our residents. This full-time position includes a night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, with a weekend commitment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as necessary.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
