Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care facility at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will play a crucial role in the care and well-being of our patients. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and weekend commitment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and ensure residents' needs are met.
- Provide leadership on a per shift, household level.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
