Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled long-term care team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing (DON) to provide individualized care to residents, develop nursing care plans, supervise nursing personnel, and ensure the smooth daily operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Supervise nursing personnel and assist with orientation.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit on a shift and household level.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (2 years college) or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
- Basic physical assessment skills.
