As an LPN in this setting, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality care, ensuring the well-being of residents, especially those with dementia or cognitive challenges.
Job Summary
As a Household LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, supervise nursing personnel, and oversee daily operations on a per shift, household level. This role requires a compassionate approach to care and the ability to take on leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing
- LPN license
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
- Less than 1 year of experience
