Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care facility at Levindale Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume a leadership role.
- Engage in basic physical assessments and ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (2 years college) or equivalent.
- Current American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
