Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Household unit, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care plans to meet the residents' needs. This full-time position includes a weekend commitment on day shift from 7:00am-7:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Ensure daily operations of the unit on a per shift, household level.
- Assume responsibilities of a leadership role under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience as an LPN.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
