Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time role at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will be part of Household #1, providing skilled long-term care to patients. As an LPN, you will work day shifts with a weekend commitment from 7:00am to 7:30pm as a Staff Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing (DON).
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily unit operations and take on a leadership role within the household.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
- Basic physical assessment skills and a general understanding of nursing principles.
