Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This is a full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, with a weekend commitment required. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care unit, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care, assisting in the orientation of nursing personnel, and overseeing daily operations on a per-shift, household level.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist in orientation and supervision of nursing staff.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit and take on a leadership role.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (2 years college).
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
