Job Description: LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and a weekend commitment. As an LPN in the skilled long-term care unit, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care plans, supervising nursing personnel, and ensuring the daily operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Supervise nursing personnel on a per shift, household level.
- Assume a leadership role in ensuring resident needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- License Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
