Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This is a full-time position based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing long-term care for patients in the Household units.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit, ensuring resident needs are met.
- Assume responsibilities of a leadership role on a per shift, household level.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- LPN license and American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Basic physical assessment skills and understanding of nursing principles.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
