Job Description
LifeBridge Health is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment during day shifts, providing essential nursing care to our residents in Household #1.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily unit operations and take on leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- License Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
