Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health, specifically at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment, day shift from 7:00am-7:30pm.

As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care unit, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care plans, assisting in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel, and attending to the daily operations of the unit. You will work under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON and play a vital role in meeting the residents' needs.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and assessment skills to develop and implement care plans.
- Orient and supervise nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
