Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit within Levindale Hospital, Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our long-term care unit, you will play a key role in providing individualized nursing care to residents, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
