Summary

Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a subacute rehabilitation unit with 40-45 beds catering to residents with high complexity needs. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated staff members to provide daily care and support to our residents.
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, the LPN will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet residents' needs. They will also handle daily unit operations and take on leadership responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Less than one year of experience
- Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment
