Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our 40-45 bed long-term care unit, you will work closely with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans and ensure the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and provide leadership when required.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Less than one year of experience.
- Valid License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and nursing equipment operation.
