Job Description
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our facility, you will work night shifts and provide essential nursing care to residents with high complexity needs. Your role will involve implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Provide basic physical assessments and attend to the daily operations of the unit.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Less than one year of experience required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- AHA CPR Certification.
