Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care to our residents and ensure their needs are met. This is a full-time position requiring a night shift commitment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities when needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to provide quality care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing; Diploma from accredited school of nursing.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
