Job Description
LifeBridge Health is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment during night shifts, from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit that specializes in subacute rehabilitation with high complexity of needs. Team members in Hall 1 provide compassionate care and support to residents through various daily activities.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, the LPN will utilize nursing principles and assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans. The role involves attending to daily unit operations, assuming leadership responsibilities when necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
