Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, a part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work night shifts (7:00pm-7:30am) with a weekend commitment to provide compassionate care and support to residents in our long-term care unit.
Unit Summary:
Hall 1 offers subacute rehabilitation services to residents with high complexity needs. Our team members are committed to delivering daily activities, services, and support to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, the LPN plays a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents. You will also be responsible for daily unit operations and may assume leadership duties as required.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
