Job Title: LPN-LTC: Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are currently looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse for our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the residents' needs and ensure the smooth operation of the unit.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a subacute rehabilitation unit with 40-45 beds, catering to residents with high complexity needs. Our team members at Hall 1 are compassionate and dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to those in need.
Job Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities when required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience required.
