Job Description
We are currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule from 7:00pm to 7:30am, including weekend commitment.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation for residents with complex needs. Our team members are passionate, compassionate, and dedicated to providing exceptional care and support.
Job Summary
As an LPN in our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans. You will play a vital role in ensuring the residents' needs are met, attending to daily operations, and stepping into leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma)
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment such as IV pumps, EKG machines, and specialty beds
- Less than one year of experience required
