Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care to our residents. This full-time position entails a night shift from 7:00pm to 7:30am with a weekend commitment. Your responsibilities will include implementing nursing care plans, attending to unit operations, and demonstrating leadership as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Ensure residents' needs are met on a daily basis.
- Participate in unit operations and act in a leadership role when necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing (diploma) and a Practical Nursing license.
- Less than one year of experience.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- AHA CPR Certification.
